Two friends and a lucky idea

Lucky Cup Coffee Co. is run by two best friends, April and Lauren. What started as a 2019 pop-up grew into this little bar inside the Galaxy Hotel, open since the summer of 2025.

The barista recommended the banana bread latte, as that is a crowd favorite and it isn’t too sweet at all. I got this iced with cold foam and I was so impressed how all of their cold foams are dairy free! The drink was so good.

What an adorable lil coffee spot. I thoroughly enjoyed just sitting there sipping my delicious winter fig latte. I didn’t want to leave. My husband really enjoyed his sweet potato pie latte.
